Your choice to participate
ARFI conducts research to help brands understand people's experiences, preferences and feedback. Research participation is for adults aged 18 or older. Taking part is voluntary: you can choose not to start or stop at any time by leaving the study. Use an optional answer or “Prefer not to say” where offered. If a required question makes you uncomfortable, you can leave the study.
What a study involves
The introduction explains the study's activities and estimated time. Depending on the study, you may answer questions, review product ideas, explore study content or take part in an interview. Some interviews use an AI interviewer; this will be identified in the study. Research content is for feedback and is not personal medical advice or a promise about a product's results.
Give honest answers based on your own experience, follow the study instructions, and submit only material you have permission to share. Avoid adding other people's personal details or sensitive information the study has not requested.
Recordings and your information
An interview's recording notice explains what is recorded and asks for your agreement before you start. This can include audio and, for some studies, your camera and the study content on the page. Other tabs, windows and apps are not captured by ARFI's study recording. Where a survey offers a voice answer, recording begins only when you choose to use that option.
ARFI uses your responses and study activity to conduct the research and prepare findings. Authorized ARFI staff may review study records. The commissioning brand receives research findings, which may include your responses and quotations; account contact details are not included in those findings.
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, processing, sharing, storage and your choices in more detail. Leaving a study does not delete information already collected. Contact team@joinarfi.com for questions or requests about your information.
Rewards and completion
Any reward and its completion requirements are described in the study invitation or on the platform that recruited you. If you joined through a third-party recruitment platform, its payment and submission rules also apply. Follow the study's final instructions to record completion on that platform. Your participant and assignment identifiers help match your submission to your study participation. Contact us if a technical problem prevents you from finishing or returning to the platform.
Future studies
Agreement to this study does not sign you up for future study invitations. Any invitation to provide contact details for follow-up is a separate, optional choice. You can ask us to stop those invitations at any time.

For study questions, technical problems or privacy requests, email team@joinarfi.com. Include the study name and your recruitment-platform participant ID if relevant, but do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
